Where it starts, and getting there

The trail starts at Minsk Square, near the HAL Tejas jet (Cubbon Park Metro, Exit A), and covers about 3 km on foot through the Cubbon Park district. Reach the start by metro, cab, auto or on foot — it's all public streets and public spaces, no special access required.

Best time to walk

This is an outdoor, weather-dependent walk. Early mornings and late afternoons — before dark — are the most comfortable. Cubbon Park is vehicle-free from 6–8 AM daily and effectively car-free on Sundays, which makes weekend mornings especially good. Avoid heading out alone during off-peak hours or after dark.

Short on time, or walking with small kids?

The full trail is about 3 hours. For a shorter outing: start at Vidhana Soudha and skip the first two stops, or skip the State Central Library stop — or do both for a mini version of the trail. Use the in-app “Skip this stop” button as you pass each skipped stop: you’ll still receive its story intel, so nothing in the mystery breaks.

Food and breaks along the way

Vidhana Soudha has a metro station close by — ride from there to MG Road station, which opens right into Church Street, a good food hub if you need a mid-walk break. At the end of the trail, Church Street and UB City are both an easy walk away. Restrooms and refreshments are generally available around the museum, library and park areas, though availability varies — plan water and breaks rather than counting on any one location.

Going inside the attractions? Check hours first

The walk itself never needs you to enter anything. Every clue uses exterior, publicly visible information — so holidays and closures never block your play. The hours below matter only if you'd like to go inside an attraction while you're there.

The free field pack

Every ticket includes a spoiler-free printable field pack — the download links arrive with your ticket, on the payment screen and in your ticket email:

Booklets: print on A4, double-sided (flip on short edge), and fold to get an A5 booklet; staple the spine. The Agent Kit prints best on thicker paper.

Route map

During the walk your phone gives turn-by-turn directions, and you can open the interactive trail map any time — every stop has a one-tap "Navigate" link, plus nearby food and things to do. A printable version of the map is part of your ticket's field pack.

Weekly leaderboard

Every completed walk lands on this trail's public weekly board — clean solves rank above hint-heavy runs, which rank above skips, and time only breaks ties. See this week's board →
