The Outdoor Escape Room in Bangalore
Bangalore's first outdoor escape room puzzle · 7 stops · ≈ 3 hours · teams of 1–5
Love escape rooms but done with locked rooms and booking slots? Deja Clue City is an escape room played across the city itself — Bangalore's first outdoor escape room puzzle. The Cubbon Park district is the room, its landmarks are the locks, and your team walks, decodes and discovers its way through a story, on your own phones, at your own pace.
Play the Bengaluru trail — ₹1,499 per team
How it works
You buy one ticket per team (1–5 people, ₹1,499 all-inclusive — not per person). The game runs in your phone's browser, nothing to install. It sends you to the first landmark; the answer to each puzzle is hidden in what's physically in front of you — an inscription, a statue, a date carved in stone. Solve it and the next stop and the next piece of the story unlock. Seven stops, about 3 km, roughly 3 hours.
Escape room vs. Deja Clue City
No slot to book — start any day, any time that suits you (mornings are best). No game master — three tiers of hints are built in, and you can skip a stop and still get the story. No lock-in — pause for coffee or dosas and resume whenever. Real place, real puzzles — you finish having actually seen Cubbon Park, Vidhana Soudha and the neighbourhood around them properly, maybe for the first time.
Who it's for
Friends who've exhausted the city's indoor escape rooms, couples looking for an unusual date, families with kids who can walk a while (there's a shorter variant for small kids), and team outings — one ticket per squad makes it an easy office plan.
